Relax

This charge was developed for the prevention of ophthalmological diseases in Chinese schoolchildren. It maintains the ability to see and strengthen the nerves and is more similar to the eyelid massage.

The kit includes only four exercises:

  • Step 1. Find the dents on the internal corners of the eyelids. The palms should look up and be opened. Then attack four fingers on the forehead. With the thumb, dent massage 25-30 times.
  • Step 2Make circular movements 25-30 times.
  • Step 3To find the right place, connect the index and middle fingers. Put them to the wings of the nose. The desired area is behind them. It must be massaged with circular movements 25-30 times.

The entire complex does not take more than 5 minutes.

Neck and face

  5. Look diagonally, then another diagonal up and down.

All actions are performed at a speed of 1 movement per second. The number of repetitions is 20-50. The movements can be made both with open centuries and closed, but with closed it will be more difficult.

If during these exercises the visual organs rotate with difficulty, this means that the muscles are very weakened. Training in such cases is particularly useful. After it, there should be the feeling that the eyes are hot.
