"Through your fingers"
The arms should be bent at the elbows, while stretching the palms with the fingers spread to the same level as the eyes. Then you need to smoothly turn your head left and right, look into the distance through your fingers. There is no need to dwell on specific objects. Performing the exercises correctly will give the impression that your arms are moving. You need to perform three turns, opening and then closing your eyes. Repeat the exercise 25-30 times. You need to breathe calmly.
"Move to the side"
In this exercise, you need to move seven times for each left-right eye, up-down, straight-up and straight-down, straight-right and straight-left. Then the gaze should be directed to the upper left corner of the room and smoothly move the eyes to the lower right corner. So do the opposite. Perform each movement seven times. Rhythm is not important. For the best effect, you can connect the fantasy. For example, trying to describe a semicircle with a gaze, a certain geometric figure, or just randomly rotating the eyeballs to get a sharp image.
"Big Circle"
Such a gymnastic complex is simple. Its essence is to perform the usual circular movements with the help of the eyes. But the head must be kept still.
You need to imagine a large quadrant in front of you. Then slowly look around in a circle, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, noting each number. The drawn line must not be broken. With each workout, you need to increase the radius of this imaginary circle. At the end of the exercise, you need to blink.
"Eight"
The head must be kept still. Movement is allowed only with the eyes. A look is to describe the horizontal figure "eight". The motif created in the air must be large. But the eye muscles cannot be overloaded.
The movements must be performed several times, changing direction alternately.
"Tension of the gaze"
To perform this exercise, bring the tip of a ballpoint pen or other small object close to your eyes. All details must be clearly seen. The gaze must be fixed for a while on the corresponding subject. The oblique muscles of the eye and ring finger will strain to the limit. With proper exercise, the elongation of the eyeball and the swelling of the lens will reach a maximum value. Subsequently, the visual organs must be relaxed.
"Looking out the window"
A circle is glued to the window pane, the diameter of which is between three and five millimeters. It is placed at a distance of about thirty centimeters from the face. It should be at eye level. Then you should find an arbitrary distant object that enters the area of the circle and, alternately, look from this object to the circle, and then back. Another option would be to stare at a tree or pole outside the window for ten seconds. So you should look closely at the wrist or palm. Then repeat 15 times.
"Adjusting the focal length"
Performing this exercise, you need to focus your eyes on the finger, which is located at a distance of 40-50 centimeters from the face. Then approach it alternately and move it to an outstretched hand. The approximation should be as close as possible. Repeat this complex ten times. The finger can be moved from left to right, as well as diagonally.
Eyebrow relaxation
This exercise will be the perfect complement to gymnastics for the organs of vision. Often, after a busy day at work, a person closes their eyes and feels as if their brows are crawling over their lashes. But in children this phenomenon does not occur, despite the long stay at the monitor. They can enjoy the colors of the world around them for a long time.
This manipulation will help get rid of the heaviness of the eyebrows. The eyebrows should be raised slowly, as high as possible. As a result, the ears should strain. This sensation must be remembered, because then it must be achieved without making movements with the eyebrows.
